Cotton Picking

A little over a week ago, we made it to the cotton field. Joshua really enjoyed the ride and didn't want to get off!

Halloween

It is so hard to get Joshua to pose for a picture! Here is my best attempt to capture my little fireman (and yes, I made the jacket!).

I couldn't bring myself to put a costume on an unsuspecting Andrew, but today, he found this old fastener and my what large teeth he has!

J's 3rd birthday

We celebrated all week! Between family visits, Chuck E. Cheese for lunch, and a pumpkin party on Saturday, he had a great birthday. Now he's really pumped for Christmas!

The CAKE!!

Usually my cakes are not always the prettiest, but they always taste good. Finally, I got one that looked great (J's 3rd bday), but taste was only 2 stars. I am still very proud of this one!

We celebrated Andrew's first birthday Friday night. He wasn't too sure about the cake to begin with, but after the first few tastes - he was ready to dig in.

Loving John Deere Green!

We visited Papa T and Mimi hoping to ride the combine and harvest corn, but sadly, the fields were too wet! We did get to ride around on one of the planters. Our next hope - cotton picker at the end of October.

First Day of "School"

Yes, Andrew gets to go too, and I get about 5 hours a week to myself again!!! They both did really well and I am happy with their teachers. Joshua has already claimed the firetruck in his room and there is only one other student in Andrew's class, meaning he gets lots of attention. They're both happy!
